Traditional South Indian yoga, Siva Raja Yoga, is based on Hatha Yoga.

Siva Raja Yoga incorporates elements of Raja Yoga and Suwara Yoga, and is a form of yoga that works on the physical, mental and spiritual aspects. Asanas are the main focus, and attention is paid to breathing.

We won't do any overly difficult poses, but we will include some slightly challenging poses.

Anyone can participate and safely improve their flexibility and strength.

Once you have stabilized in the asana, pay attention to your breathing and the energy flow.

We also use a technique called channelization.

Please feel free to come, whether you are a beginner or simply want to deepen your yoga practice.
